Edited by: Lara Palombo and Maria Giannacopoulos With this call for papers we are seeking work that engages with the borderpolitics of whiteness. We envisage an edition of the ACRAWSA Journal which will extend existing scholarship on whiteness with particular reference to borders. We ask, how Indigenous, transnational and /or local, diasporic, state and other institutional political practices reinforce or destabilise white borders? We are particularly interested in work which will foreground ongoing political struggles that attempt to destabilise white power as well as work that can offer critical insights into how white power can be reconceptualised, negotiated, exposed as well as resisted. We thus welcome work from a broad range of disciplines which is concerned with exposing and challenging the ways in which the West, through its multiple channels, maintains unequal colonial relations of power.
